Having skied with tour operators, as individuals and also as a family with the experiences of skiing with small children we can help and advise with every aspect of your holiday planning. Why choose Snow White Skiing / travel Counsellors?
DIY holidays can work out cheaper but as we have seen with the recent pandemic, most people that struggled with refunds had not booked with a fully packaged tour operator. Travel Counsellors were ranked no. 1 for pandemic refunds and care by Martin Lewis, money saving expert review sites.
We offer you total flexibility and choice. We can book your flights for you or you can book them (without the package protection) and we can just provide the land based options. You can choose your own flights and change-over day. Have the slopes to yourself on a Saturday and not have to get up at 4am for your flight home.

WHo are Travel Counsellors?
Travel Counsellors are an independent travel company offering a friendly, one to one travel service – a personal relationship with an experienced travel and holiday expert. Your travel counsellor is Pippa Wilson, former director of Snow White Skiing. Pippa has expanded her business in order to provide packaged and finanically protected holiday solutions both in Pamporovo and the Bulgarian resorts but also worldwide. Pippa can now include summer holidays as well as winter holidays and also now provide flights.
Travel Counsellors act as an agent for third party suppliers and also as a tour operator where contracts in resort are in place. The same level of care and attention will still be applied to your booking, whereever it might be.
What is the Perelik Project?
Pamporovo is undergoing an intense development and expansion. The Perelik Sport Development Project is set to link Pamporovo to the nearby resort of Chepelare and nearby villages, increasing pistes length to over 200km in total.
In recent years the project has gone quiet and appears to have been shelved; the link to Chepelare resort, however, is still under discussion and looking fairly likely.
Can we buy a ski pack which includes everything?
A six day adult ski pack including equipment hire (excluding helmet hire), lift pass and 4 hours per day tuition can be pre-ordered

Can I order lift passes in advance?
Ski packs and lift passes are available for many durations – please contact me for prices. Early booking discounts are available but packs bought with early booking discount need to be paid in advance also. Children under the age of 7 do not need a lift pass.
These prices are available to people booking accommodation through Snow-White-Skiing and are booked in advance. Prices in the resort are greater.
What are the transfer times?
Transfer from Plovdiv should take between 1.5 and 2 hours. Transfers from Sofia should take between 3 and 3.5 hours. We can put you in contact with transfer companies who will have vehicles to suit the size of your party.

How do we get to the pistes?
There is a ski bus provided by the Snezhanka Hotel taking skiers down to Ski centre 2 (Malina depot) which leaves from outside the front door. It runs;
Mornings: every 15 mins approx between 8 and 10
Afternoons: every 15 mins approx between 15.00 and 16:45
Currently a small charge is made per passenger for this service. Other complexes provide their own buses – some are chargeable and some are included in your accommodation price.
What currency do you quote in?
All our holidays are now quoted in £GBP and we can accept credit card payments with no additional charges. Once you create an account with us you have complete control over your payments and can see easily when the balance is due.

Is there internet access?
Most restaurants and bars offer free wifi and all the hotels also offer wifi. Wired internet is also available in some apartments and hotel rooms. Speed and bandwidth will very much depend on how many other users are trying to access the same router.
